This instrumental and progressive song is the first song by The Resistance and the band's founder, singer, song writer, and guitarist, Phoenix Wise. This song has a foundational rhythm and bass guitar with a long and innovative guitar solo throughout the entire song. The drums are also very supportive to the mood of the solo guitar. Phoenix wanted to express his feelings through music about the craziness of continuing to do the same things over and over again, which are currently unhealthy and destructive and will continue to be even more unhealthy and destructive.
